In our live-stream last night, Sean and I talked about how I described my corporate job as “slow suicide to my soul”…
EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A GREAT JOB.
I had all the perks of a Fortune100 career, but it felt like slow death every day I got up, got ready, and drove to work.
Especially toward the end…. when that nudge from the universe was getting stronger and stronger.
I knew I needed to do something different.
When I started my business, I was 29 years old.
That was 9 years ago.
These days, coaching is attractive to many different generations of people.
I’m thinking about this because Denise brought up a great point on Facebook last night…
If you don’t see the image above, she said, “As professionals ‘retire’ more are going to look at coaching as a segue or gap filler occupation”
And it’s so true.
This morning I went back and looked at who had enrolled in Cor Coaching Academy in the past.
60% of my former students are 40 or older.
32% are 50 or older.
This is awesome because coaching is something you would never have to retire from.
I plan to do this for the rest of my life.
When you find something that lights you up so intensely, why would you NOT want to do it? 😀
As a reminder, the early bird price for Cor Coaching Academy goes up at Midnight TONIGHT (pacific time zone).
If you’re feeling that nudge too, I hope you’ll check it out.
I only open registration twice a year, and the price has increased each time I’ve offered it (because I keep adding more awesome stuff).
So now would be a great time to invest in YOU and set yourself up to win in 2017.
Here’s a nice TESTIMONIAL from last night’s video:
“Mindie Kniss is the real deal. Seriously, my coaching business would not exist today if it wasn’t for Mindie’s advice and coaching which helped me launch my business!” – Peter Scott IV
