An invitation to connect and awaken the heart’s intelligence for health & well being…
Did you know that The Heart is so strong it emits an electromagnetic field that can be measured up to 10 feet outside your body?
That’s 40 – 60 times stronger than those produced by the brain.
And that the heart contains neurons (“brain” cells)?
Something has happened in our modern lives that demotes the intelligence of the heart to a back drawer somewhere. Our intuition is perceived as a little ‘out there,’ or, when it’s used, is seen as spooky (which we then rationalize).
Like a river that used to run wild, fresh and abundantly, our heart intelligence has dried to a trickle. We treat ourselves badly, and don’t even know it.
I knew something was missing in my own life and I’ve spent the last decade researching the power of the heart. This isn’t about mindset changes or thinking positively. I found that never really worked for me.
This is what I have discovered…
It’s become normal in our modern lives to push through, to make things work or fit. In fact, it’s become normal to rationalize when uncertainty raises its unwanted head about our jobs, relationships and life. We listen to it…
Then we settle, accept it as “ok,” make decisions based on a singular logic, and we pay the price, physically and emotionally.
But it doesn’t have to be this way!
Today, science is breaking new ground with Neurocardiology, the study of how Brain and Heart communicate.
Your heart is no longer seen as just an organ that pumps blood. It’s a conscious processing center that relays messages both inside and outside your body.
The smartest thing you can do is to learn to trust your heart.
Here’s what science is teaching us:
Coherence, a term used to describe a sentence that makes sense, is also used to describe the body when it’s in harmony. When all systems are communicating with each other in balance. You can track this on a heart monitor – smooth crests and valleys = a harmonious heart and body. Jagged lines show a heart that is struggling to communicate with the body, out of balance.
Entrainment is an idea that comes from physics. The man who created the pendulum clock noticed that no matter what rhythm he started the pendulums swinging, every pendulum went from swinging out of rhythm with each other to swinging in unison.
This is what the heart does, what our hearts want to do – naturally.
This new influence can change your consciousness.
And when your consciousness changes, your world changes.
Think about what would change for you if you learned to access the power and intelligence of your heart?
