Last fall, a group of 20 converged in the red rock landscape of Sedona, Arizona. They came from across the US, UK and Australia.
We spent three heart-opening days together–sharing, laughing, crying and being witness to gorgeous life transformations.
I wish you could have been there to experience what we experienced…
To see the desert sky turn pink over the horizon as we finished the vortex hike.
To see Don’s face when his wife, Robyn, described the absence of chronic pain in her legs due to MS. We had just completed a powerful meditation and she said she felt no pain for the first time in as long as she could remember. Don called it a miracle. I call it the power of the heart.
To see the power of coherence when Steve sat down at the heart monitor. Initially, his HRV (Heart Rate Variability) was sporadic and incoherent. As a group, we breathed in unison, focused our love and gratitude toward Steve, and watched as our collective heart entrained the rhythm of Steve’s heart and his coherence was evident on the screen.
To hike to the perfect sunrise spot.
There are so many “favorite” memories of the weekend…
The challenges presented and accepted.
The Kleenex being passed around within the first 15 minutes of Day One to wipe teary eyes.
Tiamo singing his heart out.
You may not have been at HeartPath 2013, but I do hope you’ll be at the next one.
Registration is now open.
Can’t wait to see you in Sedona this Spring!
