This month’s Heart to Heart is, by far, the most vulnerable and heart-open conversation I’ve had with any of my guests. Sera Beak, the author of The Red Book, spoke with me from within the “red tent,” a term she uses to imply disconnecting from the majority of her regular, social life in service of re-connecting to her self, her purpose and her heart.
“The necessity for me to go through breaking my heart open to the divine that is me, and that is bigger than me, is already affecting my personal relationships,” she says, “but I know I’m still in process…”
