My SoulMatch

When Sean first mentioned the idea of soulmates to me, I scoffed at him. It seemed so cliché for new love, that silly time when we were all googly-eyed, giggling together in LaLa land. After all, I didn’t really believe in the concept of soulmates.

And yet…

The more time we spent together, the more we explored our thoughts, feelings and each other, I realized that maybe he was on to something. What clinched the deal for me was when he offered a variation: “What about a soul-match?” The gist of the conversation turned toward the various definitions of the word “match.”

  • There’s the type of match you strike to produce a flame. That fire, that heat, that passion. It was all there. Physical and non-physical. There’s the spark of intellect, the creative flashes, and the chemistry of the body.
  • A match can also be a game, as in a soccer match. It’s the challenge, the growth, the playing together. Sean and I are both personal growth fanatics. We’ve done a great deal of work on ourselves, and it’s little wonder that we showed up for each other to continue the process. He’s a therapist and I’m a personal coach; we study this stuff and do our best to live it, but as he mentioned, even the best surgeons in the world cannot operate on themselves.
  • And finally, a match is a perfect fit, a counterpart or equal. I have never been in a relationship with someone who is on the same page with me: intellectually, spiritually, emotionally… And that alone is extremely refreshing. We also have so many common interests and so many skills that we can teach each other. We’re both hungry for knowledge.

There is a beautiful balancing of the masculine and feminine energies within us both… the yin and the yang. Symmetry for my soul. I have met my match.

Sean and I want to offer what we’ve learned to you. We’re so convinced that what we’ve experienced will be valuable to you, we created a program to share it… The SoulMatch Solution.

We’re hosting a 3-part Tele-Course next week for 20 people. Check out Sean’s video invitation to the class. I hope you’ll join us! =)
